They first discovered Dutch poffertjes at the Expo in Milan, where the Netherlands was showcasing it’s culture through traditional food. One bite was all it took – they were instantly enchanted. So much, that they later traveled all the way to the Netherlands to find the perfect recipe. There, they found the inspiration and basic idea, but the real magic happened back home, where their family lovingly tweaked and perfected the recipe until it became truly their own. Every bite now carries a piece of that journey – a little Dutch charm with a whole lot of heart. Driven by a desire to share this magic with the world, Puffy Lil’Pancakes was born.
